Help - I want to create dynamic invoices

I run seminars. I have a data table with company info as well as courses purchased, price etc. I need to generate an invoice for every order I receive. The orders can have multiple items and I am currently copying a row with all the company info on it and then changing the course or participant info. I sort by course date to give me the list of participants for each course.

I have an invoice fset up on a seperate sheet utilizing vlookup to pull data from the data table. It's got some problems though.

I am wondering if there is an easier way to create an invoice from the table. I prefer it be dynamic as opposed to static - ie. I don't want to create a new sheet for evey order.
