Help for Removing Duplicates from unknown range

Hello, I would like to inquire about the possibility of removing duplicate fields from entire sheet. The condition is the duplicates must on the row basis which means that data in a set of columns are repeated together so their rows needed to be cancelled.

Thanks so much for your kind and prompt reply.
Assume that we are updating our sheet every month by the data of that month. the risk that I can, by mistake, uploading the data of the same month twice. So I need something to correct what happened and something also to prevent it from occurrence in the future.
My data includes specifically 7 columns and dynamic rows according to the new upload every month.
