Help finding unique names between two lists

I have two lists. List one is n2:n74 and list two is in o2:o79. I need to find the names in list two that are not in list one.

Sort by date Sort by votes
Use VLOOKUP against list two to find matches in list one. Any errors are values in list two and not in list one.
