Alright, so a company that I work with makes racks for a large company to use. They are new and I go in every day and watch the racks when they get placed and make note of the rack number, time in and out, any issues that come from the robot etc.
So we are trying to figure out now, an easy-clean way to list everything. Something easy to read or be able to transfer from the daily sheets to a total sheet.
We mainly need to keep track of the racks that have issues, amount of times we see them in their place if the issue persists.
I can email or something images of what we have so far, apparently the images are too large to upload here.

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Welcome to Mr. Excel,

Is there any reason not to keep a spreadsheet with column headers: Rack #, Time In, Time Out, Issues?

Ultimately, how would you want to query this information to tell you what?

That's pretty much what we have now. Our main thing is trying to cut down time on marking which racks have had issues, which has come back that had issues and have issues still.
