Help excel line schedulling tool

Hi, I am seeking help with excel sheet. It is a line schedulling tool basically at the moment it does schedules all the products to a line but manually have to assign a line. Now I would want to balance the lines finish timing in order to that which formula or vba should I use? For eg. If line 1 finished at 10pm and line 2 at 8pm I would automatically want it to be balance by moving the products from line 1 to line 2 and hence balancing the finish timings. Anyone can you please advise with it?
