Help! Copying Formula to another Cell then Row will auto change

Good Day To all,

Formula Use:In Cell B4= 'Data Summary New format'!$Y$8What I want to do is if I copied the formula in B4 and paste it in F4 the formula in F4 should be like this 'Data Summary New format'!$Y$9 (it's obviously change to 9 and it added +1 while the column doesn't change.P.S. The values were linked to other sheet.Is this possible to do?
