Hello I am trying to come up with a macro that will take all of the rows of data from sheet "ALL" that is highlighted (highlighted any color besides white) and copy to the first available to of sheet "DONE". Also i would like to have the macro copy all rows where the data is not highlighted and copy them to sheet "NOT_DONE". The sheets are already created and will be added to throughout the year. I would also like to have drop down boxes to sort the data for columns A-F which is where all the data is contained.

Something along the lines of the solution in this thread may work for you (tweaked to identify change in fill colour instead of content change)

Rather than having all items on the [ALL] sheet as well as [Done] and [Not Done], can you not just have [Not Done] and [Done], with news items added to [Not Done] and when they are completed they get moved to [Done]?

Yes just having "Not Done" and "Done" would be fine. It would also be fine if there was a designated column where an "X" or something can be used to flag each row as done or not if that is easier than high-lighting. The link does look like it is something that would work, however i am unclear on how to set up the remainder of the code. Any help would be appreciated. thank you
