I need to find the average number of days between two columns, based on multiple factors...

Basically, I would like something like IF(A:A=A;IF(B:B=S;IF(C:C=H;IF(E:E>=2014/01/01...then find AVERAGE of NETWORKDAYS between column D and E.
I'm pretty new to excel, so I don't know if this is possible at all...any help would be much appreciated!
