Help calculating targets for KPIs

Hi All,

Long time lurker, but could really do with some help please

I have been tasked with calculating targets, however, they are mid-way through the year. I will summarise the data i have available and would really appreciate anyones guidance.

So, we have a target of 7.88%, we are currently as of the end of Half Year 1 at 9.55% - what would the calculation be to calculate the % we need to hit for the 2nd half of the year to get the total year back down to 7.88%.

This is further complicated as the volume of stock sits in half 2. We have approx half 1 = 45% and half 2 = 55% (but this can change by area).

So if i have the information below; how would i do the calc

assuming your data is in Row2, try

F2=(D2-(B2*E2))/C2
