anybody can help I am thinking about creating couple of files. one fille will be a address book with age. second file would be a NFL schedule. any help can be very helpful.
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
My advice to that would be don't make the same mistakes as most people do, especially if coming from an Excel point of view. You'd do well to research first - especially important to understand db normalization. There is a TON of resources you can review if these are not to your liking, but these will put you miles ahead of most newcomers.
