I need to Change cell name to File Name without changing formatting cell is that possible ?? I already change the cell name but the formatting of cell doesn't work with any equation.

=TRIM(LEFT(SUBSTITUTE(MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("[",CELL("filename",A1))+1,255),".xl",REPT(" ",255)),255))

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
If the file name is a number, add +0 to the end of your formula.

As well as Rory's suggestion, if you are using your 365 version you can get the file name a bit easier like this

Excel Formula:
=TEXTAFTER(TEXTBEFORE(CELL("filename",A1),".xl"),"[")+0
