Hello everyone!; A Question concering Pivot Table Data Crunching

My question pertains to Listing 13.4, pg 330

I'm encountering a runtime error stepping through Listing 13.4;

Also, the workbook ("13a-VBA.xlsm") seems to be locked...;

I was trying to sum the "revenue" field in the "data" sheet (using "subtotal")...;
 
I solved it by first activating worksheet "Data" (either manually or with "WSD.Activate")
