Header Info To ide When Rows 2:13 are visable

Hi All,

I am looking for somehow to hide the text not the complete row from row 1 (header row) when rows 2:13 are visable but when the user scrolls down then row 1 headers become visable

the data in the headers are in AF1 , AT1
