Having a trouble connecting risk factors to Constraint or Objective Function in Operational Research

Hello Everyone,

We having trouble with Excel Solver.

We tryna add risks factors connected with Constraints or Objective function in given research. Unfortunately, Open Solver giving result saying that optimal solution could not be found!

We wondiring that is there any easy acces or formulation for connect risk factors with constraints or objective function that can show the result?
