I just fought through a complicated formula, learning new things as I went, and the result is that the formula is working great. 
Excel is a great tool for work. I am very happy that brilliant people got into creating Lotus 1-2-3 and eventually Excel.
I hope to keep on learning Excel and even getting into macros!!!
