in Column A I have several categories.

Chefs Features
Entree2-Mindful
Accompaniments
STG/LTO

(just to name a few)

Are a few of these categories. After EACH category, there are 4 items (all in Column A)

Is there a formula to extract all the data in the cells beneath each category? For this purpose lets say that there are 3-5 cells beneath each category.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
