Hello all, I am having a problem with what I assume is an H lookup issue. I have never used it before but I use V lookup all the time so I think it is the same.

I have a monthly calendar on one sheet that I would like to automatically populate what is on that day on another sheet. The way it is organized it looks like a regular calendar Mon-Fri with the date in 10/12/22 format. I was trying to do an Hlookup with the =today() function that it would look for the date and see what was below it. am I wrong on how to do this?

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Yes that is how it works. Its prob that your dates arent matching. Check the date is a true date not text
