Groups turn on, autocalc turns off every time I open s/sheet

I have moved to a new computer, and my s/sheets are getting messed up. EVERY TIME I open my main work s/sheet, Groups is enabled and Autocalc is turned off (from Automatic to Manual). Autocalc is set to Auto in Options. Totally screws up my s/sheet, and it is almost unusable.

Using Excel 2007, Win 7 Home Premium, all s/ware up to date with patches.

Help!

This s/sheet works fine on my laptop with Excel 2007, Win Vista Home Premium.
