Grouping/Ungrouping not visible

Hi,

I have an excel file with several tabs. (A, B, C, D)
On each tab, the option > Advanced> display for this worksheet > "Show outline symboles if an outline is applied" is checked.
On the tab B, I can clearly see the grouping buttons at the top.
But on tabs C and D, if I group, I can only see a sort of ' above the column grouped.
I tried to check and uncheck while saving and closing every time but I am unable to solve the issue.

Is there an alternative option to fix this and retrieve the +/-?

Hi, same problem I’m also facing..have also tried to go in file>advance option and the outline was already checked; I rebooted my system still the issue persists. Can someone help on that part, please?
