Grouping problem

When I am trying to group a column range, the +/- button is not clickable:

At Column AC you can see that the button should be there, but it is not possible for me to click it. If I go to another sheet, I can make a group however:

As you can see, "Show outline symbols if an outline is applied" is enabled:

Anyone knows the cause of this problem? Thanks in advance.
