Grouping Filtering in Excel

Without using a pivot table, because I'm only dealing with ~3,000 tenure-related records, is there an efficient way to group and/or filter (on the following without doing nested IF's? I'd like to have groups of (0 - 5 years, 5 - 10 years, etc.).

Note: I have Power Pivot but I don't think it allows this type of grouping.

Increments of 1/10th
