Grouping Error

Hello

I am trying to group certain rows in excel. However for some reason, I can group certain rows and some rows I try to group it but only dot sign appears and not the + or the - sign appears. Please see the image for more information. Can anyone please help here?

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
