Hello,

I have a table like below:

I need to display the sum of the hours grouped by countries. For example :
SA : 1600
TR : 400
FR : 1500
etc
An idea how to proceed, thnx.

Copy the list of countries into a new sheet. Click DATA tab then REMOVE DUPLICATES. this will give you a list of all unique countries.
Then insert formula:
=SUMIF(Sheet1!A:A,Sheet3!A1,Sheet1!B:B)

This is if data is in sheet1 column A and B. And in Sheet3 you have the unique list in column A and this formula would be for column B.
