I want to group by an item number so I have group by in the total cell under that. I have sum under the qty area, that is all fine my problem starts in my date field where I have the use between in the criteria field. I want the totals to be for the whole time frame by item number but it is grouping it by date. What else can I put in the total area under date to stop it from grouping by date. I have the show box unchecked and have tried other items in the total box but nothing works. please help
