:banghead: Our users were recently upgraded to Windows XP/Office XP and we've worked through nearly all the issues except one. When users print out an Excel Spreadsheet with gridlines, the lines start out even then towards the middle of the page, they go askew. By the end of the page, the gridlines are obscuring the figures/text. We have several models of HP LJ printers, IBM and Ricoh and it prints the same on all. At first we thought it was just spreadsheets created in older versions or sent to us from other locations, because it didn't happen when we created out own. Now, it happens even if we create our own... very strange. I've checked all the settings and do not see anything strange. It previews fine as well. I searched the boards and KB but see nothing to indicate that this is a known problem. Any one have any suggestions? TIA

Not everything I do at work revolves around Excel. Only the fun parts.
Send the file to another location and have them try it. It might be the drivers installed on your computers internally. Or it might be under Page setup under the File menu of Excel.

Hope it helps.

:-? Thanks for the suggestion. We did try that. Our company recently upgraded all their workstations at all locations to the same image of Windows XP, the same hardware and we're all using the native drivers. We have tried it on HP5si, HP5siMX, HP4000, HP4050. Same thing. I've also compared settings, changed fonts etc. but still haven't found the fix.
