I have a column of dates on Column F(Gregorian) and it displays the Hijri dates on Column G. What is did is i formatted the all the cells Column G into

Home -> Number -> DropDown More Number Formats -> Number -> Category -> Date -> Locale(Location) -> Arabic (Saudi Arabia)

Then i just entered on cell G3
Code:
=F3
and dragged it down.

My issue is i have some empty cells and its returning a non-empty value specifically "29-08-1317" which is equivalent to January 1, 1900.

How can i make the cells on column G empty if the correspondent cells on F is also empty.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
That was great, i didnt expect its that simple. Thank a lot. Can you tell me also how to make a thread solved, for example this one. And most importantly, how to give points/upvote to people.

No there is not a way to mark the thread as solved.

Your replying with a thanks and an acknowledgement to whether or not you received your answer is the way to go
