Great sites for VBA-Excel beginners?

In an attempt not to be too flippent, yes! This one.
Seriously though there are thousands of problems (VBA and non-VBA) together with there solutions. Most important i find though is the discussion that leads to the solution and the alternative ideas that get thrown in (some good - some not so) by the many help and friendly folks here.
It's not a tutorial site if that is what your after though.
Another site I go to occasionally is OzGrid. If you find any other good sites then please let us know here.

Spend time on this site and ask questions. You will get plenty of answers, help, and often more than one way to think about the problem.
If you want a tutorial, Google Excel VBA tutorial and see what you get. This is one example of what's out there.
