Hi team,
I'm hoping you can help.
I currently operate a sales Excel workbook that my company use to record and monitor all international sales for the business. It holds all sold and forecasted information and I pivot the data to some very easy to reference tables. One of the pivot tables for example simply shows total revenue accrued from the sales annually; 2014, 2015, 2016. My issue is that 2016 includes both already sold sales as well as forecasted sales, so those the business is currently selling to.
The bar graph that is linked to this pivot shows the sold revenue for 2014 and 2015 and using an additional field in the pivot, the graph splits 2016 into 2 bars; those sold and those forecasted. Management however would like to have 2016 as a single bar like 2014 and 2015, but have the single bar split vertically into the respective difference between sold and forecasted. I know this is possible to do from hard-coded table data based on %s, but is it possible to create a graph from a pivot showing simple total € data and making 2016 a single bar split by the appropriate amount?
Many thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.
