Graphs and Time Lines

I need to create a timeline but cannot figure it out and basically i need it to look like this:


Scheduled Project Duration -----------------

Expected Project Duration -------------------------------
Jan Feb Mar Apr May


But obviously in a graph format.

Any help woudl be appreciated
