Hello,

I am trying to create a line graph using excel, but the data sheet is not conducive to graphing.

Specifically, I need cells C2 and R2 to be one line, and Cells D2:Q2 to be another line. I am sure this is possible I just don't know what commands to use.

Thanks,

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
I'm thinking you just need to add two series'.

One series is C2 and R2 and the 2nd series is D2:Q2.

Not sure if you need the two lines on two different axis'.

I have tried that, but each time I try to graph just C2 and R2 is grabs all of the data in between. Do you know how to stop that?

Place your cursor on C2, select Ctrl and R2.

Now C2 and R2 should be the only two cells selected on the Excel sheet.

Insert >> Charts >> Line

After the line chart is created for the first line, right click the chart and select >> Select Data

Click "Add" and on the "Series Value" select D2:Q2
