I have a list of data and using the frequency function I placed the data in to bins ranging from -15 to 180 in increments of 5. I want to have the -15 to 180 on the the y-axis and then the percentage less than or equal to that corresponding value so the x-axis would range from 1 to 100%. I appreciate any help you can offer.
