I have a list of trucks, 600, and I have the current total miles for all trucks how can I take that list of data and cart it to look at the distribution of trucks within various segments such as 0-50000, and 50001 - 100000, 100001 - 150000 and so on?

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
