Good morning. I have altered this sick leave tracker that I found online and made it my own to work according to our sick leave. I need to create a graphic analysis of our sick leave use. I want to use the data in my sick leave tracker to create a graph that shows daily sick leave use from January 2023 until today. I would like for the graph to show a general trend of improvement (fingers crossed). I would also like to identify when I started sending out sick leave letters to see where that fits in the trending; this information is manually inputted into the tracker as a comment in the cell or as a remark in an added column. I have paste the tracker minus the employees names so you can see how the tracker is setup. The arrows on each end of the month is what you click on to go from month to month. The code breakdown is on the second tab. The year on the second page is incorrect because I did not want the holidays highlighted due to the formulas are incorrect for the goal I am trying to achieve. I appreciate all the assistance and feedback on this.
