Graph with varying sized circles

Hey Guys,

I am producing a report in excel which I want to have a three circles that are varied in size according to the data. I would normally use a pie chart for this data, but I want show it differently and I can't figure it out.

For example, "Has the question been addressed?"

Yes ---> have the biggest circle
No ----> medium circle
In progress ----> smallest circle

Any thoughts? I thought there might be a way to control the circumference of the circle, but I have no idea how to start.

Depending on how your data is structured, you could use a bubble chart, but you would have to convert the text-based data to numeric, and you need numeric x and y axes for it to work.
