Good afternoon all,

I have been struggling with this all day.. I know there is probably a simple solution but I just cant crack it!

I have the following data (may need to be re-arrange i know):

1630383296313.png

For the example above, additionally:
Total project budget = $100000
Current spend = $45000

End of each month the PM runs off a report.

Id like a cumulative graph that shows dates on x axis, (keeping the date each month), cost on the y axis.
then line graphs for current spend, earned value and estimate at completion.

Hope all that makes sense.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
what is the cost for each month / day being incurred ?
