Graph Comparing multiple sheets

Is there a way that i can compare multiple sheets in a graph. I am trying to graph totals from 5 different sheets all the totals I am trying to do graph are in the same cell on all the sheets

bring the values in from the sheets like:

Excel Workbook
	D
4	22
5	24
6	17
7	25
8	20
Sheet

and chart them from there.
