Hi All, please, please consider tackling this, it would be a massive step in moving a career spreadsheet forward!
So I have a pivot table that subtotals thousands of mutual funds by "asset classes". The pivot has several Value columns that needed to be ranked (within each sub total). I ranked the Value columns by way of the 'duplicating the columns process' (one column has the data, one has the ranking).
The challenge is finding a way to sum the ranked columns to arrive at a "Total Ranking" for each mutual fund, within each asset class.
I tried using a calculated field but the choices don't reflect that there are two of each column that needs to be summed.
