Grand Total on Pivot Chart Graph

Helle dear Excel-geniuses,

I once again need your kind help. I don't think this is a hard one, but I've been staring at it and looking far and wide to find the solution to my problem.

I made this Pivot table and accompagning pivot-chart/graph.
It is divided in days and instances per category.
Now I want to add, as a final 'bar' in the graph, the total amount of instances, but divided in their specific category.
The categories have a color. So the bar should be showing the total amount of instances, and then the bar is divided into the different colors.

I will add the sheet with the pivot table data and a picture of the graph as it is now.
I hope this will work, because I cannot share the data, since it's a bit sensitive.

If it is necessary to provide an answer, please let me know!

So what I need is a final bar, next to P12, that combines all the different colors of all the P's. So Delivery will be 22 'high' in Blue, Orange will be 7 high.. I hope you get the jist.
