Google Spreadsheet Templates

I have made a few templates in google docs and used them for numerous excel documents. However, I need to change the format of the template (including titles & company logo/header). Is there an easy way to change this once and it automatically apply to all previous spreadsheets created using that template?

Like can I apply "New template format" to all existing spreadsheets? I don't want to have to redo all these excel docs or have to make individual changes to each one. OR Is there a better program to do something like this not using google docs?

Thanks! Help is much appreciated :) :) :)
