Google sheets to populate month "Jan", etc based off of date in certain column

Hello!

Below is a screenshot of my google sheet, what I am trying to do is have the month in 3 letters populated in column J based off of the date in column B. In essence, anything on 12/1/2024 and ending 12/31/2024 would reflect "Dec" in column J. Could someone assist with how I could get to that solution? There was a similar thing done recently to formula column I based off of column D. I tried that formula in the cell but it wouldn't work 🤷

If I could get help, that'd be greatly appreciated! and Merry Christmas! 🎄
