Hi All

I am currently working on something however, I can not quite process how to do the final bits.

I have a list of people that is broken down by team which also shows where they will be working (home/Office). Ideally I would like to allocate desks so that people within the same team are all sat together or at the very least in the same vicinity of team mates.

I have created a sample sheet which mirrors the layout that I would need. The plan is to link this to a live rota which will populate based on the date. It will also pull through where the person is working be it at home or in the office.

Here is the link to the file that I have created: Google Sheets - create and edit spreadsheets online, for free.

Fingers crossed and thank you for your help in advance

Thanks
Dm

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
