i am creating a document that involves tracking transport for a variety of people that will use a variety of vehicles in different cost scenarios. i have attached a sample of the spreadsheet. i have attempted to watch youtube videos but don't seem to be able to find out how to make it work. Happy to adjust the Data tab to help and consider modifying the main tab.

Essentially what i want to do is (based on "Sheet 1"):

in column L (Rate), based on what is listed in column I (Type) find the corresponding cell in the Data tab under column A (if column J (Hire Type) equals "Daily" and return the corresponding value in column B of the Data Tab or alternatively find the corresponding cell in the Data tab under column C (if column J (Hire Type) equals "Hourly" and return the corresponding value in column D of the Data Tab

For example. If the vehicle type was Sprinter Van and the Hire Type was Hourly, then the response in column L would be $195.29 in the example. If the Hire Type was Daily then the response would be $1904.23.

grateful for any assistance
