How can I have a named range populate the above cell relative to the dropdown list, based on the dropdown lists selection?

Say I have a dropdown list in D4 and the user selects the option 'apparel'. How can I make it so that D3 auto-populates with the named range apparel? The named range is 4 columns wide x 1 row so it should never be an issue of overlapping the dropdown list. Subsequently, when I copy the dropdown list from D4 and paste it into D6, D5 then populates with the named range corresponding to the user's selection in D6.

Any/all help is appreciated, thanks!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
I've found a workaround. In the cell above the drop-down list I have this formula: =QUERY(ArrayFormula(TRIM(INDIRECT((SUBSTITUTE(E4," ","_"))))),"SELECT *") which calls the appropriate named range based off of the section in the cell below.
