Google Sheets: Code that auto protects cells in columns A, B, C based on the value of the cell

Hello,

I need code that looks in columns A, B, C and protects any cell that has the value of "PAID".
It should just apply a simple cell protection so it cannot be edited again except by those with OWNER permission.
