Google Docs "CountIFs" Error

Hi Team,
Looking for a reaplacement of the below CountIf Code for google docs.
=COUNTIFS('BD- Sandesh'!F:F, ">=6/1/2013", 'BD- Sandesh'!F:F,"<=6/30/2013", 'BD- Sandesh'!A:A, "Sandesh")

The code basically outlines the work done by person 'Sandesh' in the given month with a set our criteria.
