Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi
If I understand
=VLOOKUP($A$2:$A$4,Sheet2!$A$2:$B$4,2,0)

Or
=INDEX(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$4,MATCH(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$4,Sheet2!$A$2:$A$4,0))

With the spec sheet like

Book1
AB
1FruitCondition
2Select0
3peachesfresh
4pearsfrozen
Specs

On the sheet with the dropdown

Book1
AB
1Dropbox1Result
2Select0
3Pearsfrozen
4Peachesfresh
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
B2=INDEX(Specs!$B$2:$B$4,MATCH(A2,Specs!$A$2:$A$4,0))

Thanks for the reply, there must be something Im doing wrong because nothing has worked. Is there anyway to load the workbook on posts for members to see?

You cannot upload a workbook to the site, but you can put it on a share site such as OneDrive, Dropbox. Mark it for sharing & then post the link to the thread.
