Hi
I can not find any benefit of this option (find the last cell)? Any example please that shows I really need to use that option? Thank you.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Personally I never use it, it won't always give the expected result.

The only benefit is if you want to find the last cell including formats but as far as I am concerned if you have formats beyond the last cell with data then you have too many.

I am like Fluff and never use it (in fact had a half argument on another forum with someone who asked why you wouldn't use it and wouldn't accept that some people had legitimate reasons why they don't like it).

I'm the same ....never use it, in fact I very rarely see a need for GOTO at all
Goto last cell may not get you to the last USED cell, as you will see sometimes by using CTRL + End !

I personally do find some of the specialcells-Goto useful i.e. blanks, constants, visible and formulas but find lastcell as useful as usedrange is, but it is all personal preference
