Hi everyone,

I am new to MrExcel.com - I have created a project portfolio spreadsheet to track the RAG (Red, Amber Green) Status of different projects. I would like to find the total number of R, A, G projects in a particular filter (i.e. Infrastructure or Publishing) so that everytime it's updated the formula calculate its automatically.

Apologies if I am not making sense,

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Thanks

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
welcome to the board

You've not really given enough info for someone to create a formula for you - structure of your worksheet, where your RAG statuses are located (in one column of a dataset..?) etc. The more info you can give, the better the responses you'll get

However it sounds to me like you just want a simple COUNTIFS formula: =COUNTIFS([RAG column],[red/amber/green filter],[Infrastructure column],[infrastructure filter])
