Getting time to show as a whole number

I have a spreadsheet where I am subtracting a time stamp from another time stamp, example: 11:58 AM - 11:51 AM. What I am trying to do is get the result to show as a whole number instead of a time format, is this possible?

A whole number of what? Minutes?
