Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can get my notes made in a table to move/stay with the data it was made for?

I have a table in sheet 2 that pulls profile data using a Vlookup from sheet 1 that contains all of the profiles/raw data. The table filters out the data based on certain criteria (I have multiple sheets with the same table pulling the data from sheet 1 but filtered based on different criteria). In that table, there's a column for people to add in notes. However, every so often when new raw data is pasted in, it has a couple of new profiles (the profiles are sorted in alphabetical order). Sheet 2 (the one with the table filtered based on specific criteria) gets updated with the new profiles but the comments don't stay with the profile it was initially added to.

For example, in Sheet 2, if initially there is a profile called "B" ( in Cell A1) with comments added in Cell C1 and then the raw data in sheet 1 gets updated and has a new profile called "A," that new profile is now in the A1 cell in my table in sheet 2 and profile "B" get bumped A2. However, the notes for profile "B" still remain in C1 and so it looks like those comments are for profile "A"

I essentially want to figure out a way to get those comments to stay and move with the profiles they were initially added to.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
